TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prices are quoted per night, based on a maximum of 4 persons sharing. For guests requiring use of only 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, lounge and kitchen, a reduction in price can be offered.
Deposit of £50 is due at time of booking.
Payment of balance of full cost of holiday is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to arrival:
Deposit will be repaid to you less any relevant administration charges. You will not be liable for any outstanding payments as long as written notice is given.
Cancellation less than 6 weeks prior to arrival:
The deposit will not be repaid to you. The balance of payment will be repaid as long as written notice is given, but only once the accommodation is fully re-let and less any re-letting costs incurred.
House-keeping deposit of £150 is payable on day of arrival and will be refunded within 7 days of departure, less costs of any damage, breakage, or loss of property, other than normal wear and tear.
We advise all guests to take Holiday Insurance.
Smoking is not permitted.
No pets allowed.
Check-in is available from 4pm. Please inform us of your expected arrival time so that we can be there to meet you.
Check-out is by 10.30am on morning of departure. You are requested to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.
